How do I renew my usual seats?
We’ve put the seats from your 2019 subscription into an offer on your account. To renew those seats online, log into your account, and click again on the my account button at the top right of your screen. You’ll see an offer available about midway down on the left navigation. If you click on that you’ll be able to accept the offer and renew your old seats.
What if I want to add seats to or remove seats from my subscription?
Email the Box Office at boxoffice@calshakes.org and we’ll be happy to help you add or remove seats to your subscription.
I had a subscription for the 2020 season which was canceled and want to use my credit from that season to buy my subscription this year. How do I do that?
We’ve moved all existing 2020 sub credits onto a gift certificate for you. When you get to the payment page, you’ll see an option to pay with gift card or account. Choose that option and pick gift certificate, you’ll need to enter both the gift certificate number and gift certificate redemption number to use that gift certificate. If you don’t have those numbers, please email boxoffice@calshakes.org and we’ll be able to find those numbers for you.
I had a subscription to the final Tuesday series in 2019 and that series no longer exists. What can I do?
We’ll be contacting you individually to customize a new offer for you based on your preferences and how you prioritize getting a Tuesday, getting your specific seats (or as close as possible), or getting tickets that are at the weekday price point. You can also fill out this google form with your preferences.
